How often do you replace fliters and what is the cost per filter? Is the fan electric operated requiring me to run an outlet?

A. The NuTone 682NT recommends the filter to be replaced every 60 to 90 days when operated continuously or you can go longer if you turn it off in between use. The fan is electrically operated requiring you to have a constant power source; though you can put an on/off switch in between.
